最近看单口喜剧，Erik Torenberg 这篇关于幽默的探讨很应景。喜剧演员经常喜欢提及日常语境中的禁忌话题（比如种族），这时如果演员用一个笑话化解了这种紧张感的时候，人们就会发笑，人群一起释放出「没事，这只是个玩笑」的信号。The Elephant in the Brain 里有个章节也专门讲了人为什么发笑，里面引用了奥斯卡•王尔德的一句话很贴切：If you want to tell people the truth, make them laugh; otherwise they’ll kill you.

CMU 近期的一项研究发现，远程会议时开着视频反而会降低集体智慧，这是因为视觉的社交信号很容易导致少数人主导发言，并破坏声音的同步性。而只有音频的时候，人们能更平等和顺畅地发言，解决问题和协作的效果更好。

上一条提到的两个产品的创造者为自己的 /contact-me 页写的文章。除了公开发推 @ 他之外，他不提供任何其他联系方式，因为他认为生命太短，有限的时间应该花在自己感兴趣的事情上而不是 chit-chatting，以及 Most things are a distraction, especially in the startup and tech world.

非虚构或学术写作者如何记笔记，主要介绍了卢曼卡片盒笔记法（Zettelkasten Method），以及许多围绕笔记系统和写作的元思考，实践性很强。
